What is with this dizziness?

Your dizziness may be due to having Vertigo. The sensation of vertigo is a symptom, not a disease. It's the perception that you or your surroundings are whirling or moving. This sensation may be hardly perceptible, or it may be so strong that it makes it difficult for you to maintain your equilibrium and carry out daily duties. Vertigo affects over 40% of American people at some point in their lives, with women slightly more prone than men to suffer it.


What are the initial symptoms of Vertigo?

· Trouble with eye focus

· Dizziness.

· Loss of hearing in one or both ears.

· Loss of equilibrium (may cause falls)

· Ears that are ringing


What is a quick vertigo cure?

Epley maneuver, also known as the canalith repositioning procedure, is frequently more effective than waiting for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo to go away in treating this condition. A physical therapist can adjust the position of your head in this procedure.

There are many procedures and maneuvers, and they could all depend on the person and/or persons performing the maneuvers. Each therapist could have gone through various and different training techniques to become more familiar with vertigo.


But persistence is key when trying to cure vertigo. Performing these maneuvers daily and consistently will give you the best results and faster recovery.
